Free Shipping on Orders above $35
We offer free regular shipping on most orders of $35 and above before applicable taxes, fees and promotional discounts. To see your “Shipping Options” add your item(s) to the “Cart” then “Proceed To Checkout”. Our free shipping offer applies to all orders over $35 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped through Standard Delivery.
Order Shipping Deadlines
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However during peak sales periods (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day/Week) up to an additional 5 (five) business days may be needed.
Our trusted delivery partners will continue to follow the protective guidelines set out by public health authorities to ensure the safety of both their personnel but also our valued customers.
COVID-19 Delays
Please note, due to COVID-19 our delivery partners are experiencing staff shortages and all deliveries are currently taking longer than normal. Please allow an extra 3 to 5 days for your delivery to arrive.
If you would like to receive your product more quickly, we encourage you to take advantage of our curbside pickup option at our Coquitlam location.
Shipping Restrictions
The following are our shipping restrictions.
- Shipping costs exceeding 10% of the total price of an order. If the cost does exceed this amount we will notify you with what shipping options are available and any additional costs to you.
- Free shipping does not apply to express shipping.
- Select items on sale and marked clearance may not be eligible for our free shipping offer.
- Select Appliances, heavy goods, large items such as TV stands and mounts may not be eligible for our free shipping offer.
- Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
- We do not deliver products to a PO Box address. A street address is required, and products will be delivered with the appropriate courier to handle the item(s) that have been ordered.
Delivering Purchases To Non Billing Address
- Delivery to an address other than the billing address will only be allowed after the order has been approved by Audio Video Unlimited.
Delivering Purchases Outside of Canada
- As a Canadian owned and operated company, and as per our agreements with the manufacturers and suppliers, we can only ship to Canadian address.
