Online Orders

All Online orders are subject to a 72 hour price, color, availability verification. Furniture Galaxy reserves the right to cancel any online order for any reason. Any deposit or payment on any online order will be immediately refunded if the online order is cancelled.  Furniture Galaxy will require a deposit on any online order before placing the order with the manufacture. Online/Website Pricing

Furniture Galaxy has the first opportunity to adjust/modify any price on its website to reflect the correct pricing. If a wrong price is mentioned, Furniture Galaxy management will have a chance to fix the price and not have to honor the invalid pricing that was previously listed.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required at time of purchase. For instore purchases, we accept most forms of payment, including cash, or major credit card. If you’d like to finance your purchase on our Furniture Galaxy Card, Financing terms will depend on the type of plan you have chosen. You can find complete details on your Consumer Financing Company’s Terms and Conditions.

OUR PRICE GUARANTEE

We are pleased to offer you an excellent price guarantee. If within 30 days of purchase, you find an identical product at a lower price, advertised under the same terms and conditions, in the same Canadian city, Furniture Galaxy will refund the difference (excludes clearance, Boxing Day and time specials) by the same method of payment as originally used for initial purchase.

CANCELLATIONS, RE-SELECTIONS OR RETURNS (EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS)

Order cancellations must be discussed with Furniture Galaxy Management prior to delivery or pick-up of merchandise. Cancellations or Reselections may be subject to a restocking fee (minimum 25% of invoice total). We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind on your furniture purchase and want to select a different product, you must contact Furniture Galaxy within 48 hours of receiving your product. You can not exchange appliances. You can pay an additional delivery fee or pick up the replacement yourself – your choice. We will be happy to transfer your Product Protection Plan and financing to the new order. Product Protection Plan, Delivery Fees, and Financing Administration Fees are non-refundable. We are unable to offer reselections or returns on appliances, mattresses/box springs, mattress pads or cleaning products.

GETTING YOUR PRODUCT

You may pick up your product from our local warehouse (may be different from store location) or, can choose the convenience of purchasing our professional delivery services (if available in your area).

DELIVERY SERVICE

We provide you with more than just delivery to your home. We will open, and inspect the product for you. Our delivery teams are careful to protect your product and home during delivery, but we do ask you to read the delivery information section on the inside of your sales folder. If our planned delivery date is not convenient, please contact us to reschedule, allowing at least 48 hours notice. If you need to reschedule within less than 48 hours notice, or if you are not at home when our delivery team arrives, an additional delivery fee will be payable before we reschedule. Of course, you can choose to pick up your product from our warehouse location in your area. The day before delivery, we will call you with to discuss your delivery details The recipient present at time of delivery must be of legal age.

When you order several items, some may be available sooner than others. You can call to arrange pick up or delivery of partial orders, but additional delivery fees will apply.

If you purchase our removal service we will only remove the old products you are replacing. For instance, if you purchase a new refrigerator, we will remove the old fridge; if you buy a new sofa, we will remove the old sofa. Our teams move old items out of your home or move the item you are replacing from one room to another.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are valid toward purchase of merchandise at any Furniture Galaxy. Gift Cards are redeemable in-store only. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen, in whole or in part. Gift Cards have no implied warranties. Gift Cards cannot be applied to previous purchases. Purchases made using Gift Certificates shall be subject to any additional terms, conditions, limitations or restrictions otherwise applicable to the purchase of such merchandise. Gift Cards cannot be used to make a payment on a credit account. Gift Cards may not be returned or cancelled once issued.

Cancellations, reselections, or returns of merchandise purchased using a Gift Cards will follow Furniture Galaxy Terms and Conditions applicable to purchases (which are available at any Furniture Galaxy). Returns of purchases made using a Gift Cards will receive a store credit.

ORDER ARRIVAL

When your order arrives, please inspect the product carefully. We will be glad to resolve any issues as soon as possible. You have up to 24 hours after delivery to let us know of any concerns. Simply call us at the applicable number on the sales folder.

When picking up product from our store or warehouse locations, our teams will be happy to help you load the product into your vehicle. You are responsible for securing it for safe delivery to your home. If choosing pick-up, please remember you will be responsible for assembly of all product, In the event you find any defect or damage, you need to report the problem within 24 hours, and return the damaged item to the original pick-up location for resolution.

HOLDING YOUR PRODUCT

We will order the product for you to arrive in time for your requested date. In the event that you need to move your delivery or pick-up date simply contact us and although not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Product will be held for a period of 14 days past your original date. After 14 days your product maybe released and re-ordered (excluding custom order).

POST SALES SERVICE

30 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE

When you purchase our 30 Night Comfort Guarantee you can exchange your mattress (boxspring excluded) within 30 nights from date of delivery. Complete details are included in your guarantee certificate. Mattress protector must be purchased at time of new mattress.

CLEARANCE

All clearance product is sold as is and without a manufacturer’s warranty (excluding appliances that come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty). We do not allow returns, re-selections, or exchanges of clearance product, and it is not eligible for the 30 Day Price Guarantee.

ACCESSORIES

You have the option to exchange accessories within 72 hours of purchase (no refunds). Product must be returned in original packaging with original sales receipt and price tags. Our accessories constantly change, so if you do not find something upon return, a credit will be placed on your account for future purchase.
