We had issues with one of the highest consumer rated appliances and the manager went over and above what's required to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I'll be a repeat customer for as long as I live in Cold Lake.

Amazing customer service & delivery crew! We purchased one sofa that was to big for our space they were able to pickup the sofa the same day and we were able to get a similar couch that would fit our space! The whole team was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back to purchase more!

The staff was very good at the showroom, and assisted me in selecting the appliances my wife had previously chosen, but she wasn't present at time of purchase. I was told to return to the showroom when I was ready to pick up the appliance and they would give me the collection paperwork and call the warehouse. Upon arrival at the warehouse house they had no idea I was on my way and took 45 minutes to find my stove and dishwasher.

As a person who moved into Alberta, I needed to purchase a full kitchen package and living room tv. Cindy was amazing with helping me and arranging everything via email, text and phone. Even the two young adults who delivered everything were fantastic and very friendly. Can't say enough great things about Furniture Galaxy!

While the purchase was pretty easy, we already knew what we wanted, down to the models. All the sales reps needed to do was take our money. We bought a living room set at Furniture Galaxy and the staff and the furniture is fantastic! We were able to mix and match different items to make a set that we love within a set budget and the staff gave great recommendations and were very accommodating. Delivery was quick and easy and when we noticed an issue with the couch during the delivery, they immediately took it back to the store and swapped it out for a new one.
