PRICE POLICY

At Furniture Galaxy, we work hard to provide accurate and competitive pricing both in our stores and on FurnitureGalaxy.ca.

Prices, promotions and product availability may vary between our website and individual Furniture Galaxy locations. Some offers may be available online only, in-store only, at a specific location, or for a limited time.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Optional services such as delivery, removal, product protection and financing costs are additional where applicable.

WEBSITE PRICING

Prices displayed on FurnitureGalaxy.ca are regularly updated; however, occasional pricing, product information or system errors may occur.

Online orders are subject to verification of price, colour, configuration and availability within 72 hours.

If an incorrect price is identified, Furniture Galaxy will contact the customer as soon as possible. Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may be given the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

If Furniture Galaxy cancels an online order, any deposit or payment collected for that order will be refunded.

Website promotions may have specific terms, dates, quantities or product exclusions. Offers identified as Online Only, location-specific, clearance or otherwise restricted apply only under the terms advertised.

IN-STORE PRICING

Pricing may vary between Furniture Galaxy locations due to local promotions, inventory levels, clearance merchandise, floor models and other store-specific offers.

The price and promotional terms displayed for an item at the applicable Furniture Galaxy location will apply to an in-store purchase.

If more than one price is clearly displayed for the same product in-store, Furniture Galaxy will apply the appropriate price in accordance with applicable Canadian law.

Offers identified as In-Store Only, location-specific, clearance, floor model or limited-time promotions are available only under the terms stated.

Website and in-store promotions cannot necessarily be combined unless specifically stated.

PRICING ERRORS

We make every effort to ensure our advertised and displayed prices are accurate.

If a genuine pricing error occurs, Furniture Galaxy may correct the error and update the applicable advertisement, website listing, signage or product information in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to speak with a Furniture Galaxy manager if there is ever a question regarding the price of an item.

OUR 30-DAY PRICE GUARANTEE

Shop with confidence at Furniture Galaxy.

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find an identical product advertised at a lower price under the same terms and conditions in the same Canadian city, Furniture Galaxy will refund the difference.

The product must be the identical brand, model and configuration and must be available for purchase under comparable terms.

The refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Exclusions: Clearance merchandise, Boxing Day offers and limited-time specials are not eligible for the 30-Day Price Guarantee.
