Online Orders

On the product page, use the Add to Cart button, then proceed to checkout.  You will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. 

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. 

After we receive payment, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you. You’ll get a separate shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped.

*Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t received an order confirmation email from us. 

Payments

We accept PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Your purchase at Furniture Galaxy is covered by our 30 day price guarantee policy. If we lower the price of an item within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference!

Shipping and Delivery

We Deliver All Over Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 1:00 pm are processed the next business day

In most cases, we work with Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your items. 

Estimated Delivery is between 7-10 business days. However during peak sales periods (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day/Week) up to an additional 5 (five) business days may be needed. 

If you would like to receive your product more quickly, we encourage you to take advantage of our In-Store Pickup option at checkout.

The following are our shipping restrictions.

  • Free shipping does not apply to express shipping.
  • Select Appliances, heavy goods, large items such as TV stands and mounts may not be eligible for our free shipping offer.

Shipping to Northern Territories and isolated/remote regions

  • Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Delivery to a PO Box

  • We do not deliver products to a PO Box address. A street address is required, and products will be delivered with the appropriate courier to handle the item(s) that have been ordered.

As a Canadian owned and operated company, and as per our agreements with the manufacturers and suppliers, we can only ship to Canadian address.

Service

Furniture Galaxy offers Guaranteed Protection Plans (GPP) on most products which provide you with peace of mind that your purchase will last for years to come.

GPP stands for “Guaranteed Protection Plan”. This plan provides 100% coverage for a total of five (5) years, including the manufacturer’s warranty, on audio/video products and major appliances. Learn more

Returns

We are committed to helping you find the perfect pieces for your home! If you need to return an online order, please contact us within 4 days of your delivery or pick-up date to begin the process.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in pristine, brand-new condition with all original packaging intact. Please be aware that returns may incur a restocking fee, and the original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Once you reach out to our team with your order details, we will review your request and send you the exact instructions for sending your item back to our showroom.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home upgrades! If you need to make a return, you can bring your item back to our showroom within 4 days of your purchase or pick-up date.

To help our team process your return quickly, please bring your original receipt and ensure the item is in pristine, brand-new condition with all of its original packaging. Keep in mind that approved returns may incur a restocking fee. Check our store hours before heading over, and our staff will be ready to help you at the front counter!

Items marked as clearance or open box should be considered final sale and are ineligible for returns. Please note these items are still covered by warranty. 

Items involved in custom installations, such as in-wall speakers cannot be returned once installed. 

Headphones and earbuds may only be returned if unopened.
